Eligibility and Subscription Requirements
- Subscriber Status: This opportunity is exclusively available to subscribers who have maintained an active subscription with Kawaii Publishing for at least two consecutive years. Subscription details will be verified during the application process.
- Sponsorship Commitment: Participants must agree to sponsor the selected model for the next six months. Sponsorship terms, including financial support and mutual responsibilities, will be outlined in an individualized agreement.
Model Availability
- This opportunity is limited to Japanese models only. Models from Poland, the Philippines, or Ukraine are not included in this program.
- Not all models are eligible for participation. Final model selection is subject to availability, the model’s prior commitments, and suitability for the photoshoot theme.
Terms and Conditions
- Booking Confirmation: A signed agreement and full prepayment are required to secure the session.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled session are non-refundable. Requests for rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Sponsorship Terms: The sponsorship agreement will define the participant’s obligations, including financial contributions and potential collaboration extensions.
- Data Protection: Subscriber and sponsorship details will be handled in compliance with Japan’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Kawaii Publishing’s privacy policy.
